Thank you for visiting our website. Bowling Green Rubber & Gasket Company has been servicing the industrial marketplace with fluid sealing and conveying products since 1984. We have an extensive inventory of industrial products that enables us to meet our customers’ requirements immediately, with custom fabricated and assembled materials from our stock.

We employ an experienced, well-trained staff that utilizes modern fabrication and assembly equipment in combination with proven production techniques, as well as the latest engineered products, to ensure product reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We have two locations, in Bowling Green and Russellville, Kentucky. Our Bowling Green facility consists of about 35,000 square feet of production, warehouse, office, counter and retail space. Our Russellville location consists of 10,000 square feet.

In order to serve your hydraulic needs, our facility includes an Aeroquip Store that offers 3,600 possible combinations of custom made hydraulic hose assemblies, plus hundreds of hydraulic hose fittings and adaptors.

General Questions

Our Bowling Green store is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time.

Our Russellville store is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

We can fabricate many hoses and gaskets while you wait, if need be.

We have a huge supply of products on the shelf and can supply them on a same-day basis.

From I-65, take Exit 20, onto the Natcher Parkway, North towards Owensboro. Take Exit 5, the US-68/Russellville exit. Turn right onto Russellville Road. Turn right onto Dishman Lane (first red light). Turn right onto Griffin Drive.

We sell to individuals, as well as companies, contractors, and farmers. Our counter service area is open to all, and everyone gets the same great service!

We have a full shipping department that can ship anywhere. We can also refer you to a RAGCO store in your area.

Product and Technical Questions

Yes. Most of our gaskets are custom made to your specifications, drawing, or sample cut on our flash cutter, waterjet, or by hand. We also carry a wide range of industry standard gaskets.

We carry hose and fittings in bulk, direct from the manufacturer, so we can make your specific hose in-house. We do carry some pre-made hoses, but most are custom made to the customer’s specifications.

Due to the vast number of different manufacturers of equipment, we typically must go by sample or drawing. However, we do carry industry standard gaskets and special application gaskets, such as boiler and flange gaskets.

Yes, we offer custom tubing assemblies, and have the capability to bend and flare tubing in many different configurations.

In many cases, we can cut and weld/braze customer fittings and use them as “adaptors” to get you going again.

We offer hydro-static testing for a charge. We test hose assemblies to one and a half times the weakest part of the hose assembly. We also tag the hose.

No. Under no circumstances should a camlock fitting be used in compressed air or steam service.

Hose is measured by the inside diameter. Tubing is measure by the outside diameter. To get an accurate measurement, it is best to start at the “1” and measure straight across.

We carry a wide range of metric and standard fittings and adaptors.
